Setting up and managing facilities & sub facilities

Adding Facilities

The first thing you want to do is to setup your facilities.

  • To do this, click on the plus icon next to facilities Facilities in the lower left corner:

In the popup, Enter the facility name (this could be a Site, building or area). Being your first facility, you will not need to nest this under another facility.

  • Type an address for this facility (optional), just start typing the address and then select from the dropdown list.

  • Click on Save or Save & add another when you have filled in the required information.

Adding sub-facilities

To add a sub-facility (for example you may want to add a level, or an apartment number).

  • Click on the plus icon to add a new facility.

  • Enter the facility name.

  • Select the facility you want this to nest under.

  • Click on Save or Save & add another.

You will notice in your Facility portfolio manager on the left, that your facility tree is starting to be populated.

You can add unlimited facilities per sub-directory and 3 sub-directories.

Once you have added all you facilities, you may exit the screen.

Edit a facility

  • Click on the more icon (3 dots) next to the facility name.

  • Click on edit.

  • Once you finish editing, click on Save Changes.

Deleting Facilities & Sub-facilities

To delete a facility or sub-facility;

  • Click on the more icon (3 dots).

  • Click on Delete.

  • Agree to all terms, then click on Delete Facility button.

Note: Deleting facilities will permanently delete all data associated with this facility and cannot be undone.
